Some imaginary people:
Ginko - her profile:
She is a bank executive with a Ph.D. in Economics from an Ivy League college. A 5'11" woman who lifts weights and practices kickboxing - approximately 30 years old. She speaks regularly at political meetings and has written several papers on economics and its effects on the environment.
The situation:
One day, while Ginko is driving her BMW, a bus full of disabled children pulls in front of her and stalls. The bus driver tells Ginko all of the children take special care and cannot be moved except by qualified personnel. If the children were not there, the bus could be moved.
Ginko will be late for a very important meeting about politics. Ginko believes if she does not make it, she could lose her career.
Each of the children have one or more of these disabilities:
Ginko goes to the trunk of her BMW and pules out a semi-automatic assault rifle. Walks onto the bus, and up to each child and shoots them dead.
Because the children were inconvenient and a threat to her career, she reasoned it was right for her to kill the children.
You were inconvenient. Your position in line before me hindered my progress in life. Because of these things, you had no right to live, so I disposed of you in as "humane" a way as I could imagine.
What value is a life?
Is a baby really worth less than a billionaire?
No!
The value of each person is INFINITE! We have no right to steal an entire life...no right at all...no matter how inconvenient...
Abortion is wrong.
If you have had an abortion, you must confess and renounce it to God and to the Church. Seek forgiveness, and never ever do it again!
If you feel you cannot afford another child, or a child at all, put your faith and hope in the Lord. He made your child. As you put your faith and trust in Him, and you do your best to OBEY Him, He will provide for all of your needs and the needs of your child.
This takes faith, imagination, and a strong will to do LOVE. As you OBEY God, He will bless you and provide for all of your needs.
I know this because I am a parent of 4. If mankind worked on doubt, we would still be in bear skins. There would be no cities or cars.
Praise Lord God!
